The Information Resource Centre 2008 (IRC 2008) is a voluntary organisation, based in New York, that is dedicated to the dissemination of scientific information for the common good. It also has offices in London England and, most recently, in Dublin Ireland. The administration of the Centre is supported by a small grant from the Kleinberger Foundation.
The IRC 2008 supports the dissemination of scientific information for both the interested and informed lay person and the researcheron a wide range of socially important topics. One of its first projects is focussed on Age and Ageing, Social Wellbeing and Health.
